Join us at CRUSH as we host the owner of Fullerton Wines and spend the evening with a hand picked selection of wines including a Chardonnay, Rose, and three very special Pinot Noirs. While we could get lost in the wine solely by itself, let CRUSH please your palate even more with a selection of plates perfectly paired to Fullerton's brilliant wines. With plates ranging from seared pork belly & watermellon, perfectly poached salmon with an Asian inspired twist, a vegetable & Alleppo ratatouille, saffron chocolate and more, we promise this to be an evening to remember!
